Second time in, Monday morning 8.55 AM. Checked in,one woman working waited over ten minutes, said to another customer waiting behind me I’m leaving as another stylist comes out of the back of the store and tries to do damage control..... as I drove away I looked at the no waiting sign.

I think the concept of providing haircuts plus an expanded "spa" type experience for guys is pretty good. I was in the other day and got my haircut and a complimentary hot towel treatment and shoulder massage. The hot towel treatment was good, but I think next time I want it to last at least 10 minutes, so I will double or triple the time. As for the shoulder massage, this area really needs to be improved. What I would love is a scalp/neck/shoulder massage lasting at least 10 minutes, with FEMALE hands, not a machine. No comparison between the two. Hope you will consider this; I would pay an $15-20 dollars for this service.
