I went there today on 5/25/21. I was happy w/the hair cut but that's about it. I saw a woman named Tammy. I feel she has a bad attitude. Before we started I asked her to confirm the cost of the svc I ordered which was a MVP Buzz cut, I rec'd a dirty look. After she gave me the price she then told me she does not like to do buzz cuts, I asked her why? She told me it costs less $$ to the client, it takes the same amount of time as a reg. hair-cut and she makes less $$ from the transaction. (I do not see how this is my problem). After she finished she rang me up, I handed her a store loyalty card for 1/2 off. (Rec'd another dirty look). I asked for a receipt which took several minutes, pd, and left. I'll go back but I refuse to see Tammy again.

Overall, this was a great experience. The staff was willing to work with me since I had my kids with me. They were kind and gracious toward the kids. And the haircut came out very well with Brianna. Good place.

Literally just witnessed Lynn, I guess the manager of this store, verbally berate the owner of Sport Clips next door neighbor. I was in the back of the CBD store, their neighbor, trying on a new topical serum, when I overheard some yelling. I peaked out from behind the door and saw a woman with the name Lynn yelling at the CBD store owner. Lynn was saying lots of nasty things, swearing at the owner, while in Sport Clips uniform, yelling how "Sport Clips does not need or want her support, her business, her referrals, and to not speak to her or any employees". The owner, Cynthia, asked Lynn to leave 7 times and she finally left at the 8th. I spoke to the owner of the CBD store after Lynn left and asked what all that was about. Cynthia said she had been friendily texting the other manager Harley, and out of nowhere Lynn just started yelling at her. This is some of the most unprofessional behavior I have ever seen. This woman Lynn had no respect and no regard for the fact that there was a customer in there (though I was in the back) and I thought there was a customer in the showroom but that was just a new employee. I'm absolutely disgusted. oehtoor want our support and not to speak to her
