I went there today on 5/25/21. I was happy w/the hair cut but that's about it. I saw a woman named Tammy. I feel she has a bad attitude. Before we started I asked her to confirm the cost of the svc I ordered which was a MVP Buzz cut, I rec'd a dirty look. After she gave me the price she then told me she does not like to do buzz cuts, I asked her why? She told me it costs less $$ to the client, it takes the same amount of time as a reg. hair-cut and she makes less $$ from the transaction. (I do not see how this is my problem). After she finished she rang me up, I handed her a store loyalty card for 1/2 off. (Rec'd another dirty look). I asked for a receipt which took several minutes, pd, and left. I'll go back but I refuse to see Tammy again.

I stopped by The Concord,NH location for my 1st time last night for a haircut. What a great experience!! I was very impressed with the shop, the service and the haircut. The entire staff was very friendly, the haircut was exactly how I wanted it, and the whole experience was very relaxing! I really enjoyed the massage at the end!! Keep up the great work and I’ll be back next time.

Overall, this was a great experience. The staff was willing to work with me since I had my kids with me. They were kind and gracious toward the kids. And the haircut came out very well with Brianna. Good place.
